Chiropractic Assessment
An initial chiropractic assessment will consist of a thorough history, physical examination, diagnosis individualized treatment plan & treatment.

Chiropractic Subsequent Appointment
We offer 20, 30 or 45 minute sessions following the initial assessment. If you have not seen your chiropractor within the past 3 months please book in for the 45-minute reassessment.

Registered Massage Therapy
An initial massage therapy appointment will include an assessment of the muscles and joints, a health history, and a proposed personalized treatment plan to help patients optimize their health. We offer 30, 45, 60 & 90 minute massage therapy treatments.

Psychotherapy Appointment
All cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Any appointments cancelled with less than the 24 hour notice will be charged in full. These policies are in place to value both our practitioners, who work diligently to prepare for each patient and appointment, and our patients. Proper notice of cancellations allow for other patients to receive care. Thank you very much for your understanding.
